I started offering group tuition because I kept hearing the same thing from parents: my child thinks they’re the only one who can’t read properly, or the only one who finds school overwhelming, or the only one who needs help. And that isolation makes everything harder. In our group sessions, students meet other kids who learn like they do. They realise difference isn’t something to hide and they start building the kind of confidence that comes from knowing you’re not alone in this.

Why group tuition works
Your child gets real attention in a small group.
With a maximum of 6 students, we can see exactly where each child is at and what they need. This isn’t about squeezing more kids into less time. It’s about creating space for genuine learning and connection.
The teaching is grounded in what actually works.
We use structured literacy approaches backed by cognitive science. No guessing games. No worksheets that don’t lead anywhere. Just systematic, explicit teaching that makes sense for students who need clear instruction and consistent practice.
Learning alongside peers changes how kids see themselves.
When your child sits in a group with other students who also need things broken down differently, or who also struggle with certain sounds, or who also take longer to process information, something shifts. They’re not broken. They’re not behind. They’re just learners who need a different approach. And that realisation is powerful.
This has nothing to do with the online learning we all survived during COVID.
I know what didn’t work then. Kids zoning out. Everyone muted. No real engagement. Our sessions are built differently. We use movement breaks, interactive games, short sharp activities. We keep things active. We structure sessions around how neurodivergent learners think and process, not around a one-size-fits-all model that never really fit anyone.
