My students have enjoyed using these decodable books. They feel successful when given materials on their level. Thanks for creating them.
Frequently asked questions
Enrol here or book a consultation. We’ll talk about your child’s needs, answer your questions, and walk you through what comes next.
We conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clear reports each quarter. We also track ongoing learning during each session and update the learning plan as needed. You’ll receive regular updates and know exactly how your child is progressing.
Yes – and we encourage it. With your consent, we’re happy to connect with your child’s school or allied health team (like occupational therapists, psychologists and speech therapists) so everyone is working together with consistent goals and strategies.
No – unless your child needs help with logging in or staying focused, you won’t need to be involved. We design sessions to build independence and confidence while keeping communication open with you as the parent.
We use structured, evidence-based programs like Sounds~Write, Heggerty and Singapore Maths – depending on your child’s needs. Every learning plan is tailored, so we only use what’s relevant and effective for your child’s goals. Our tutors are trained in a wide range of programs so they can draw from an array of knowledge to provide targeted instruction.
Yes – we just ask for two weeks' notice so we can manage scheduling and support transitions properly.
This is an ongoing subscription service, billed fortnightly. Most families stay with us for at least 3 months to see consistent progress. We have a minimum period of 6 weeks before cancellation or pausing the service.
No problem – you just need to help them log on. From there, the tutor takes over and controls everything on screen. We guide students through anything they need to do, so they don’t need to navigate the tech on their own. Even kids who are new to Zoom pick it up quickly with our support.
Yes – it works better. Online sessions allow us to use interactive tools, visual supports, and flexible pacing that suits how each student learns best. Plus, it creates a calm, familiar environment for your child to focus without the distractions of a busy classroom or centre.
Neurodivergent students learn best in a space where they are comfortable and feel safe.
All sessions are delivered online via Zoom, using interactive tools that keep students engaged and supported from the comfort of home.
Absolutely. We have extensive experience working with students with diagnoses such as ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia, and more. No diagnosis? No problem – we support based on need, not labels.
We currently support students in Years 1 to 10 in literacy, maths, and school support.
You will have lifetime access to every module, download and resource inside the course. You can revisit lessons anytime and learn at your own pace. Any future updates to the course will also be included at no extra cost.
Yes. This course has been created by a Reading Intervention Specialist with extensive experience supporting children with Dyslexia, ADHD, Dysgraphia and other learning differences. The strategies are structured, evidence based and easy for parents to follow at home. All activities support executive functioning, phonological awareness and confidence building, which makes the program ideal for neurodivergent learners.
No. The course is designed for parents, guardians and carers with no teaching background. Every module is step by step, practical and easy to follow. You will learn what to do, why it matters and how to support your child in a way that feels achievable, even if you are busy or unsure where to start.
The course is suitable for children from early primary through to upper primary who are learning to read, struggling with reading foundations or needing more structured support. If your child is finding decoding, blending, phonics or comprehension challenging, they will benefit from the program.
Yes. The course is fully online and can be accessed anywhere in the world. All videos, downloads and resources are available immediately after enrolment. Families outside Australia will still find the approach relevant, practical and easy to implement at home.
