Why a Homework Club?
Many students know what they need to do… they just can’t get started.

Homework Club uses body doubling and teacher support to help students focus and actually finish their work. Perfect for students with ADHD, learning difficulties, or anyone who needs a little extra accountability.
What is Body Doubling?
Body doubling simply means working alongside other people. When students can see others focusing and working, it becomes much easier to start and stay on task.

It’s a simple strategy that works especially well for students who:

feel overwhelmed by homework

struggle with focus

need accountability
Instead of trying to study alone, students join a structured study session with a tutor present.
What Happens
During a Session?
Each Homework Club session runs for 60 minutes. Students bring their homework, assignments or study tasks. The tutor helps students:
Set a clear goal for the session, stay on task, and ask questions when they get stuck
By the end of the session, most students have completed a solid chunk of their homework for the week.
Typical session structure:
Goal Setting (5 minutes)
Students decide what they will complete during the session.
Focused Work Block (25 minutes)
Students work independently while the teacher supervises and answers questions.
Short Break (5 minutes)
Focused Work Block (25 minutes)
Students continue working and can ask the teacher for help when needed.

Who This Is Perfect For?
Homework Club sessions include up to 10 students (Small Supportive Groups).
Students work independently while the teacher: Keeps everyone focused, answers questions, helps students stay accountable. It’s a calm space where students can focus and get work done.

Cost: $50 per week.
Students can attend weekly during the school term.
